This will teach me to vacuum under my dresser...

So....we had an interesting day on Tuesday....
I set Mia down on the bedroom floor with some toys while I was getting ready in my bathroom. I kept looking out at her and waving and talking to her. When I looked back one time, she was on her belly reaching her hand under the dresser. What could she be reaching for? Her toys weren't small enough to roll under there...hmmm... I walked out to investigate and by this point Mia had something in her hand. I walked up to her and opened her hand up....oh boy! It was a dead centipede!! She was squeezing it in her hand. I pray that the hand never went near her mouth. I screamed, but luckily had a toothbrush in my mouth so it was muffled. Otherwise, I would have really scared Mia. I picked her up, made her drop the centipede and quickly went to wash her hands. I didn't worry about pushing up her sleeves to wash, my goal was to wash as fast as possible. And, yes, she had little centipede legs all over her hands. I shudder just thinking about it..... I see a lot more vacuuming in my future.
