9 months old!

This summer has flown by, bringing Mia closer and closer to her first birthday. She turned 9 mos. last Saturday! Sometimes I will look back at old pictures and video of her and marvel at how much she has changed. Since our beach trip back in June, she has mastered sitting up, gotten 2 teeth, says "Dada" and "Bye Bye" (though not consistently), gets into crawling position and rocks (hasn't quite figured out how to move though!) and has become a better eater when it comes to solid foods. She LOVES yogurt and applesauce. Veggies...not so much. We're working on that! We also had lots of fun trips to the pool and the park. Her 9 mo. appointment went well too - she's 17 lbs, 5 oz and 28 inches. She also loves to grab our hands and have us walk her around the house - this is ALL she wants to do ALL day! We're looking forward to the Fall and some cooler weather. Mia loves the outdoors and gets so excited when I put her in her stroller for a walk. She's just like her daddy! (loving the outdoors that is, not the stroller...)
